All orders are processed within a timely manner. Please note that preorder items require additional production time before shipment.

For preorder items, please allow 4–5 weeks for production and shipping. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur that are outside of our control.

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
